Fast Turnarounds

Typically the print production cycle in digital printing is half that of traditional analog presses.  Average lead times tend to be around 5 business days (depending on the state of supply chain inputs) whereas typical lead times for analog presses are 10-20 business days.

Low Quantity

In the packaging industry, orders typically under 5000 labels are considered low quantity.  This is due to the fact that traditional label printing presses require a costly set up which includes new plates and high material waste.  In contrast, Digital Printing does not require printing plates and the initial set up and waste is approximately 90% lower.

Superior Quality

Digital Labels print using HP Indigo technology which is the universal gold standard in digital printing.  This results in vibrant labels with perfect registration and excellent colour consistency.  In addition, we only use materials from the best suppliers in the industry.

Cost Effective

Digital is a plate-less print method for standard labels.  This means the majority of labels we produce have no additional costs.
